At Jack Farm Equipment Salvage, we’re committed to getting your farm machinery, used parts, and salvage equipment delivered safely, quickly, and as affordably as possible. Whether you’re ordering a small tractor part or large used equipment, here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
We use trusted freight carriers and logistics partners experienced with heavy machinery and oversized loads. Depending on the item size, we may ship via:
Truck freight (LTL / Full truckload) for large equipment and tractors
Parcel services (UPS / FedEx / DHL) for smaller parts
International freight carriers for overseas deliveries
Shipping cost and method depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
Item size and weight
Your delivery address
Freight class and carrier fees
Special handling requirements
You’ll see an estimated shipping cost during checkout. For large equipment or international orders, we’ll contact you with a customized shipping quote before processing your order.
Delivery times vary by location and carrier:
Domestic (within the U.S.) usually 5–14 business days
International shipping times vary based on destination, customs clearance, and freight route
Please note: transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We ship worldwide! For international orders:
You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance protocols at the destination country.
Make sure to check your local customs regulations before placing your order.
We provide all necessary export documentation but cannot control delays or charges from customs authorities.
To help ensure your item arrives safely:
Inspect before shipment. We thoroughly check and document equipment condition before packing.
Secure packaging. Heavy parts are secured and protected for transit.
Prep for freight. Large machinery may require palletizing or securing to a skid for safe transport.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our yard to your location. You can also track your shipment anytime on the “Track Order” page.
We strongly suggest freight insurance for heavy or high-value equipment. While we take every precaution to pack and ship items safely:
Damages in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims require photo documentation and carrier reporting.
